Longer Personality
Generally speaking, Lexi is predictable -- she's relaxed, amused, and at least a little interested if she's flirting with you right then. She takes little seriously, considers even less Important, and will drop what she's doing the instant she gets a better offer. Subtle is better -- she'll take smirks and banter over loud and raucous laughter, and bedroom eyes and innuendo over propositions.
She enjoys being challenged, but conflict is gross -- so she goes with the flow until her sensibilities are offended and she cares enough to deal with drama. In these times she's often aggressive and insensitive, even if she doesn't intend to be. Otherwise, she's pretty hard to offend; because she doesn't really hate anyone (apathy isn't hate, after all). she assumes no-one really hates her, either.
Acquaintances are more common than friends, and that's how Lexi prefers it -- friendships are effort. Obligations and expectations are boring, and her habit of coming across flighty and hedonistic isn't accidental. Discussions about The Future, Feelings and Growing Up maybe happen if she's drunk; her emotions are more exaggerated then.
When it comes to what she considers hers, she often gets aggressively protective and territorial -- but if confronted with this fact, she will deny caring at all until the day she dies. She has no idea how to deal with problems that can't be solved with money, and her instinct is to literally run away. Her curiousity is insatiable and exploring new ideas and experiences is a source of great glee for her -- but her interest is rarely lasting, as she is also easily bored and slow to pick up new skills. Unambitious and genuinely sort of flaky in this regard, she won't persevere with something that doesn't offer immediate gratification.
Although her ego is kept in check, Lexi is aware she's at least mildly attractive and will be insulted if her attempts to Look Good are ignored. She laps up compliments just as eagerly as she offers them, but would pick 'not unattractive' over the effort it takes to look good any day of the week. If her ego has taken a hit, her strutting about and fishing for attention is painfully obvious. She's casually touchy-feely, but not much of a kisser in any situation -- and even then. sloppy makeouts are far more common than platonic pecks on the cheek.
Honestly, the truth is that Lexi has just never experienced anything really bad in her life, and she cruises through on the assumption that nothing really bad ever will.

Other Shit
- Ash changes her ringtone to Lean Like A Cholo, and she never bothers changing it back.
- She always has a new story about where her spider charm came from when someone asks. Each is a lie, and told with unerring conviction and sincerity.
- Terrified of crickets.
- All juice is the devil's nectar and should burn in Hell.
- Cookie dough is her favourite ice-cream, but vanilla is a close second.
- Whiskey is her poison of choice; tequila gives her hangovers. Will only do the shots with salt and lime, unless she's trying to prove her manliness.
- Halloween is her favourite holiday and she will take any opportunity to dress up.
- Doesn't correct anyone who assumes her name is short for Alexis or the like.
- Absolutely terrible cook. Not even Io can salvage that train wreck.
- Good at pretending she's shit at pool, but is actually a decent player.
- Terrified of spiders until she realizes Ash can talk to them. Spends the rest of her days angsting to the ones nesting in her closet.
- Will never marry.
- Raised Catholic but has no faith of her own. Believes Fate is bullshit and she is in complete control of her destiny.
- Appreciates the violin; she can play a little, but not well after years of letting her lessons lapse. Takes months to learn to tango, but does it well. Can't sing for shit.
- Keeps a poem Ash wrote and signed above her bed.
- Has four photos in her apartment -- one with each of the Delgados, and one of her and her estranged brother from when they were children. Also keeps Ash's empty nail polish bottle on her bedside table, filled with sparkly sand.
- Moves to New Mexico to intern at her brother-in-law's law firm; quits soon after meeting the Delgados to take night classes on business management and accounting and work days as a waitress. After she moves to New York she opens her own restaurant, and part of her success comes from Damon('s wine and his big mouth). Her parents always wanted her to be and marry a lawyer, and remain disappointed in her life choices.
No-one talks about it.
